TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
In order to provide a legal and professional service
(1) All rates are inclusive of 14% VAT
(2) A 30% non-refundable deposit is due on making the booking.
(3) A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received, and the flights have been reserved.
(4)The full balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
(5) Guests are required to pay an inventory deposit of R2,000 per rental period, this shall be presented to the landlord on arrival and returned on the day of departure subject to there being no breakage's or damage.
(6) 5th person policy - An additional charge of 5% of the week’s total rate shall be made for a 5th person
Euro zone clients can choose to pay in Euros in accordance with the ZAR v € exchange rate of the day therefore eliminating any unforeseen bank charges / commissions levied for electronic transfers by banks both ends.
