Sebastian & Lizbeth Galbraith-Helps: Clovelly Heights is a direct rental from the 'capetown-rentals partnership' a VAT registered company with the DTI with all guarantees provided. They have been in the "holiday rentals business" since 1996. They started on the Spanish Island of Mallorca with a country house then centered their operation on the Royal Bendinat Golf Course with x2, two bedroom luxury apartments. For four years they have been lucky enough to live in Cape Town. with their 2 children and are only too happy to offer advice on any of the many and varied excursions and to propose a restaurant or shopping. After 8 successful years of coaching in Mallorca, Sebastian took a post as the Tennis director at the Clovelly Country Club where his organization is committed to assisting the tennis player (established or prospective) in their development. He has over 20 years experience as a coach and administrator in the Tennis Holiday and coaching business. It was in 2002, during a tennis tour to SA that Sebastian fell in love with Cape Town and Clovelly in particular. In it's first year (2005) Sebastian's tennis holidays at Clovelly were voted on the Lawn Tennis Association Website as the 6th best tennis holiday experience worldwide. His experience at organizing rentals for traveling visitors is extensive and he hopes that this shall assist you in your choice of holiday accommodation.
Lizbeth is an artist, whose work is sold Europe-wide (available for sale at http://www.lizbethholstein.com. She is responsible for Clovelly Heights’ clean lines and functional simplicity, creating a comfortable yet neutral environment. It was her desire to construct purpose built detached rental homes as a result of feedback from her 12 years of rentals culminated in the belief that a stand-alone house can provide the privacy and quality that both she and Sebastian wanted to provide.
They both feel in an ever-competitive market place that prospective renters must confirm if guests shall receive a "concierge service"; who shall meet and greet them on arrival? who shall be their contact during their stay? is it their 2nd home? eg cupboards locked as they store their personal effects etc, Is it a legal business? Is it South African Tourist board graded? Furthermore they can assist with car rental, airport collection and return, all excursions, a baby sitter service (with reasonable notice) Yacht Charters, Scuba diving courses or dives for PADI divers, tennis, lawn bowls, golf inc access to the exclusive Clovelly Country Club Golf Course (See further golf details)
